Full-height walk-in wardrobes with interior lighting, display niches with integrated LED strips, and custom kitchen pantry units with pull-out tray drawers are now standard requests in our premium projects. 7. Acoustic Design in Home Offices and Media Rooms

With more professionals working from Mohali, home offices are getting serious acoustic treatment — fabric-wrapped panels, acoustic ceiling clouds, and double-glazed internal windows. Media rooms in larger kothis are now purpose-built with dedicated THX-specification acoustic panelling, in-wall speaker systems, and blackout treatment.
